With this code, Cieffe Filati undertakes to follow a series of internal rules that contribute to socio-environmental sustainability, intended as the influence exerted on the environment and the community in which the company operates.

Our conduct is characterized by fairness and transparency and we do not implement any discrimination, offering equal treatment and opportunities to all our interlocutors.
The principle of fairness implies that in relations with all counterparties, the Company avoids any discrimination based on age, racial and ethnic origin, nationality, political opinions, religious beliefs, sex, sexuality, status or health.
The principle of transparency is based on the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the information both inside and outside the Company.
Cieffe Filati's essential principle is full compliance with the laws and regulations in force in Italy and in all the countries in which it operates and the respect for the democratic order constituting it.
Each employee must, therefore, undertake to comply with the regulations applicable to the company activity. In no case is it permitted to pursue or realize the interest of the Company in violation of the laws. This commitment must also apply to consultants, suppliers, customers and anyone who has relations with Cieffe Filati. The latter will not start or continue any relationship with anyone who does not intend to align with this principle. Our interlocutors, therefore, must be aware of the laws and of the legally required behaviours; if doubts arise or need for further clarification, it is compulsory to consult one's direct superiors in this regard.

SAFETY AND HEALTH
Cieffe Filati guarantees a working environment that complies with current safety and health regulations, by monitoring, managing and preventing the risks associated with professional activity.
To this end, it promotes responsible and safe behaviour and adopts all the safety measures required to guarantee a safe and healthy working environment, in full compliance with the current legislation on prevention and protection, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 81 / 2008.
The general measures to protect the health and safety of workers in the workplace are:
the assessment of all health and safety risks;
prevention planning, aimed at coherently integrating technical production conditions as well as the influence of environmental factors and work organization on prevention;
the elimination of risks and, where this is not possible, their reduction to a minimum in relation to the knowledge acquired on the basis of technical progress;
Compliance with ergonomic principles in the organization of work, in the design of workplaces, in the choice of equipment and in the definition of work and production methods, in particular in order to reduce the health effects of monotonous and repetitive work;
reduction of risks at source;
the replacement of what is dangerous with what is not, or is less dangerous;
the limitation to a minimum of the number of workers who are, or who may be, exposed to risk;
limited use of chemical, physical and biological agents in the workplace;
the priority of collective protection measures over individual protection measures;
health control of workers;
the removal of workers from exposure to risk for health reasons and the assignment, when possible, to another job;
adequate information, instructions and training for workers, managers and for workers' representatives;
Participation and consultation of workers and their representatives;
planning of the measures deemed appropriate to ensure the improvement of safety levels over time, also through the adoption of good practices;
emergency measures to be implemented in the event of first aid, firefighting, evacuation of workers and serious and immediate danger;
the use of warning and safety signs;
the regular maintenance of environments, equipment, systems, with particular regard to safety devices in compliance with the manufacturers' instructions;
